CHEESE
BAKED POTATOES
6 large baked potatoes
1 c. hot milk
Ground pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
2 T. butter
1. Cut potatoes hot out of the oven in half lengthwise. Scoop out the
insides and mash with the butter, cheese, pepper and milk.
2. Return to the shells; sprinkle with paprika.
3. Put back in moderate oven (375°) for 5-10 minutes and serve.
