4 c. old-fashioned or quick oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. bran "buds"
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. almonds, chopped or sliced
1 c. currants
1 c. figs, prunes or apricots, cut up
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
Mix about ingredients together. Store in a glass jar.
