LOAF WITH CATSUP "FROSTING"
Mix 2 pounds lean ground beef with one grated onion, a healthy pinch of
poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, an egg, a little chili sauce, a little
water and bind together with bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
Mix. (Mixture should not be too stiff or it will get heavy).
Put mixture in a 9" Pyrex pie dish and mold into a round "cake"
(it should look like a round pumpernickel bread).
"Frost" with catsup or chili sauce. Bake for 1-1/2 hours at
375°.
