PANCAKES
4 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. wholewheat pastry flour
1. Whirl in blender or food processor.
2. Pour silver dollar-sized onto hot griddle. Turn when side looks slightly
dry.
3. Serve with syrup, preserves or fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt. Sprinkle
almond meal on top of the yogurt for a real treat.
