OPEN
FACED MUFFIN DELIGHTS
Use only Thomas' English Muffins. Tear apart and lightly toast the crinkley
side. Spread with Dijon mustard; a thin slice of tomato; a piece of browned
Canadian bacon; a couple slices of Swiss or Cheddar cheese. Pop under
broiler until cheese melts.
Note: This is what I served for dinner the night of the New York blackout.
(I had a gas oven!) Jac and Bill Harvey walked all the way home from the
