TURKEY
OR CHICKEN SALAD
To cut-up leftover chicken or turkey, add some fresh, grated ginger, celery,
scallions, currants, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning. For another taste,
leave out the poultry seasoning, and add curry powder. Bind with mayo
or half mayo, half yogurt. Serve in half a cantaloupe or half a papaya.
