ORIENTAL
SALAD
Raw Spinach
Bean Sprouts
Mushrooms
Cucumbers
Red peppers
Bell peppers
Napa Cabbage
Celery
Pea pods
Scallions
Shredded Daikon
Use the vegetables in any combination and quantity desired. Toss with
Oriental Dressing.
ORIENTAL DRESSING
3/4 c. oil (half sesame, half safflower)
3/4 c. rice vinegar
1 lemon, juice of
2 cloves garlic, smashed
an inch of gingerroot, grated
1 t. dry mustard
Mix together vigorously, or combine in the processor with steel blade.
Chill well before using.
