EN FLAME
From Jac's mother, Minnette Holzman.
Arrange very thick slices of pound cake or any plain cake on the bottom
of a long pyrex shallow baking dish.
Use apricots, peaches, pears, pineapple (all canned halves) arranged in
rows attractively with half a maraschino cherry in the center. Dot generously
with butter and brown sugar and warm in oven.
Bring to table, pour over brandy and flame.
